In the first half of 2007, Manila Broadcasting Company rules the airwaves covering half of the radio market in Metro Manila as results show in a recent Nielsen Radio Survey Report.
Meanwhile in Cebu, the MBC station that’s only included in the top 5 is Hot FM which landed at No. 3.

thats really interesting really.if you sum up the market shares of all the hot ac or “masa” stations you’d get a whopping 84.2%. imagine how big the market you have for the masa. So if i were a GMA station, i know where to go.

Oh really, now… DWLS is in the sixth spot? So Barangay LS is proving to be a success. Once again, we are outnumbered by the masses. Oh well, I guess that’s life. It just bothers me that my former favorite station is now at the sixth spot with all its ‘glory’ (like reformatting without warning). And I don’t see AC Nielsen survey people roaming around in our neighborhood. Why?
