Dreadful experience it was. Last week, RadioJingles.wordpress.com was accidentally blocked by WordPress.com, accordingly, due to violation of the Terms of Service. I emailed them right away, a guy from WordPress.com politely gave an explanation and apologized for the unintention “suspension” of our blog.

Glad we’re back. Here’s their email:

Hi,

I am really sorry for that happening – I cannot see why yet but I can assure you it will not happen again.
The blog is back just as you left it and I very much apologise for the trouble we caused you.

Lesson:
If you got suspended/punished/fined for no reason at all, send your complain or appeal right away, otherwise, you enjoy something you don’t really deserve.
