The Killerbee FM network in the Philippines has the www.killerbee.fm domain as its official website. It’s a sleek and flash website, too flashy in fact, the site proved no use. So each Killerbee station, specifically Davao, CDO and Cebu put up their own sites, the following are which:

- 92.3 Killerbee Cebu http://www.killerbee923.com/dev/
- 89.3 Killerbee Cagayan De Oro http://killerbee893.blogspot.com/
I don’t have any idea if Killerbee BXU (Butuan) has a website and neither do I have any for Killerbee Gensan, but both do have Friendster accounts to keep their fans busy online. Killerbee Davao manages to successfully stream their broadcast — a move that is seen to be just clever after 105.9 Mix FM (KB Davao’s chief competitor) seemed to disappear suddenly in cyberspace (www.imix.fm). Did they cease to broadcast? Or did Killerbee Davao killed them?
Killerbee Cebu’s website is a flop! The listen live link does not work, I mean why else would you put up a website and worse add a “listen live” link if it’s not working?! This site should better shut down itself. Unless of course it works effectively for your sales and marketing.
In terrestrial, Killerbee Cebu is not doing very well. 92.3’s signal is very disgustingly weak. Their live feed from Magic 89.9 Manila somehow gets listeners hooked. But it’s a turnoff sometimes, because localized programming is compromised. And I also noticed that the on-board person seem to have a difficult syncing its local commercials and the satellite feed!
Killerbee CDO, on the other hand, has a simple blogger account. The streaming Windows Media section is a big plus which is provided by a local internet provider. Great job! But thumbs down on the quality of the streaming.
Killerbee Gensan still rocks but I heard Killerbee BXU (Butuan) is sinking! They just dismissed a handful of talented DJs only to be replaced by a no-jock programming. Is this the way Killerbee station works right now? I think Quest Broadcasting should look on what’s happening right now in Killerbee Butuan.
A source told me that Killerbee Butuan does not have a program director. What is worse, the informer told me that the management has got some really serious issues on programming, sales and human resource! Hmmm.

mix fm did not and never ceased to broadcast.. as far as i am concerned it has a lot of sponsors.. and its really doing so well… without exaggeration… so very well… :))
