During the last four days, news struck the radio world when community radio DJ volunteer Andy Greener forgot to push the mic button and instead spent an hour talking to himself. Good thing, there were songs and jingles that backed up Greener and saved his radio career. Here is the news clip from www.BBC.co.uk.
Campus Radio Returns Easter Sunday as Campus FM?
No details however about the re-launch. In fact, there is still no definite dial point set for the new Campus Radio. My hunch says that the people behind the return are dropping the “Campus Radio” logo and instead will be using “Campus FM”.
Here’s a probable reason. “Campus Radio” is still a GMA property. However, they can have the word “Campus”. My first guess was that the guys will be using “Campus XX.X” (with X as the new dial point). But I am pretty much sure that ‘Campus FM’ will push through.
The exchange of comments and speculations are still hot on pinoyexchange.com and on a Friendster-like website www.campusradio.co.nr. But as Jimmy Jam says in his blog www.bigbadjimmyjam.blogspot.com “facts shall reveal themselves further, as the proverbial plot thickens”.

D’Nakakalurkei Na Album Success
All praises to Ivory Records and 90.7 Love Radio, especially to the unbeatable tambalan Chris Tsuper and Nicole-Hyala for a very successful release of the D’Nakakalurkei Na Album. No buzz yet on the sales status, but based on online feedback the album really was able to pull it off.
As Nicole Hyala and Chris Tsuper always reminds, piracy is a big no-no. But for those who want to preview the album, there is a sample playlist here.
